You can easily book online by clicking the “Book Now” button located at the top and bottom of each page. Alternatively, if you prefer, feel free to contact us at 905-723-5050, and we’ll be happy to book your appointment for you.

We’re sorry, however, we do not accept walk-ins. Instead, all services are by appointment only to ensure each client receives personalized care and attention. Therefore, we recommend booking in advance online or by contacting us at 905-723-5050 to schedule your appointment.

Yes, free parking is available at the rear of the building. Please pull into the driveway just before the sign to access the parking area.

Yes, we accept insurance, and in addition, we offer direct billing for many extended health benefit plans, depending on your provider and coverage.

Therefore, if you’d like us to check your eligibility, please contact us before your appointment. In that case, we’ll do our best to assist you.

We gladly accept the following forms of payment: including cash, debit, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, UnionPay, as well as E-Transfer.

We kindly ask that you contact us and provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In doing so, this allows us enough time to offer the appointment to another client who may be waiting. On the other hand, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service fee. Furthermore, in the event of a no-show, the full service amount will be charged to the card on file. Ultimately, we truly value your time and ours, and for this reason, this policy helps us maintain fairness while also ensuring we can accommodate all of our clients as best as possible.
